One said the girl would have been fired for breaking company policy and giving a late night pass. She was just following the rules.

I bet that instagram post using her name is conveniently deleted by the end of the day.

Those two keep changing the story. THey are both known to be liars and Phil is a perpetual victim. First the supplement company and now the gym is doing him wrong.

So he probably did say do you know who I am and then told her he would even pay to train in the gym.

I don't think guest workouts are allowed past 11 pm at 24 hour fitness and she was a young woman working grave yard at night. I would have called the police on him too

So this happened around midnight at a 24 hour fitness and were lead to believe he was taking pictures with fans there. Lmao. Ya because every gym is filled with people at midnight who would be fans with Mr. Olmpia. There were probably 3-10 people in the place and no way any of them would know who Phil was...Why? Because Phil would have videotaped himself with his fans as he waited for the cops to show up. Maybe the midnight janitor is a schmoe and asked Phil for his autograph...

The place is getting lots of bad press.  The employee's name has been trashed.   I wouldn't be surprised if the owner of the gym pulled tape, saw that Phil/friend/lady were a little aggressive, didn't have the correct paperwork, and just weren't allowed to train there because that was the rule.

Do I think the woman working just randomly started screaming and being racist?   Or do I think an amped up Phil, always uber-intense late night, was pissed that he couldn't train 9 weeks from a show, and his friend/lady were outraged too, and that it escalated because they didn't like the gym policy?

Doesn't matter what I think.  But if the owner has video, he could be a headache for Phil.  Already, I smell exaggerations and inconsistencies, the story growing like a high school kid overcoming a concussion in the same game.

i am no phil heath 5x Mr O, or have phil heaths shoe contract money, but if i traveled all the time , and i was neck deep in the fitness world instead of the getbigger online that i am , i would surely have a membership to every major gym in america , or at the very least , have a sponsor of mine pay for it.

Its a big corporation...but the management shouldn't go tit for tat with these assholes because their story is not adding up. Unless the worker said you cannot come in because you're a big scary black man then they should stfu. She was doing her job and him taking her picture  and blasting her name pretty much confirms he was being an asshole

Cher says gym members were "begging" for Phil to be allowed entry. Give it a rest. I can see perhaps one or two late-night goers recognizing Heath and speaking on his behalf, but begging? What, does The Mayor of Bodybuilding work out there?
