How do you train and eat for muscle gains?
If I want to be really big, the first of all I start with the mental approach.
Everything I do is just putting all my wish(getting big) in every move i make(Eating and training).
I eat protein as much as I can like other Bodybuilder. But with a strong belief that I will never fail to gain my muscle and almost i can imagine how muscular i can be.
Training is the most important "ritual" for ensure the muscle growth. If that ritual can reach your sub conciousness, you dont need even heavy weight to get big.
In that manner, you should ignore the amount of the weight you handle 100%. Just you must focus the feeling and the musclesoreness which gives you a pump that even destroy your skin. I saw Paco suffering from achiving 8 reps of only 50kg of barbell curl. And his arm was one of the best in the world and it was 60cm pumped. I do 30kg of barbell curl 10 reps to the failure. Very light? Yes. But, you can make advantage of feeling máximum muscle contracción without bothering yourself with the heavy weight.
