It depends on whether or not one uses drugs. Drugs change the way the body utilizes food. What would happen if you ate like that as a natural?

Drugs add an important variable to the equation, it's hard to tell if it's the diet, training or the drug combos and dosages that are producing results in the look of the physique.

The only ways to tell for sure is to train naturally, or use the same drug protocol for a very extended period of time. Most drug users are constantly changing their dosages and adding/removing compounds, which changes the look of the body independent of diet and exercise.

All we know is that pro bodybuilders have upwards of 50 lbs of lean mass over naturals, and ALL OF THAT EXTRA MUSCLE MASS IS DUE TO DRUGS NOT DIET OR TRAINING. ALL OF IT!!!!!!! (I'm assuming a diet of adequate calories and protein to support the extra drug mass, and training providing adequate stimulus for max hypertrophy)

Never taken a drug in my life and I eat like that.
Hope this helps.  ::)

True Adonis, what does your current diet look like? I am not asking for a specific lay out, but I am curious what you eat on a daily basis? Or, does it widely vary?

I mean, just look at the post activity in bodybuilding forums. Most of the posts are in the steroids section, versus the training or nutrition sections.

Getbig:

Steroids: 165,308 posts  52%
Training:  87,866 posts   27%
Nutrition: 67,734 posts   21%

Elite Fitness

Steroids: 2,459,217 posts  72%
Training:  671,249 posts   20%
Nutrition:  282,599 posts   8%

Meso-Rx

Steroids: 428,489 posts  84%
Training:  36,939 posts   7%
Nutrition:  44,034 posts   9%

Aussie Gym Junkies

Steroids: 101,489 posts  72%
Training:  17,642 posts   13%
Nutrition:  20,708 posts   15%

Drugs totally override training and nutrition in creating a physique. It's laughable when people on grams of gear talk about training and nutrition as if it makes a huge difference for them.

Amen.

Science seeks answers training seeks results. If it's not working it doesn't matter what the science says. This applies to nutrition as well.

How do you not feel like shit eating that way? You and TA. Your metabolisms need to be studied. Like converting pure garbage into clean energy lol.

lol

fuck I don't know man, but I do know that if I eat like this and not train my ass off I lose dryness and rippedness

I'm doing doubles now coz I'm bored as fuck, but doubles aren't required, although I'd say 5 days a week is, as a minimum

I have some old natty pics here and 15 put me @ 5%

I was also eating shit then but training my ass off

in my experience training is the catalyst even more than drugs

this past winter I was playing with clen and t3 and I'm leaner and harder now than I was then, again it is the training in my case

I'm also running test/deca low test higher deca and I will be getting some dbol next week so I'll lower both test and deca and add the dbol

I want them motherfucking leangains, but I better cut my training down to once a day, or maybe doubles just twice a week and not 7 fucking days a week lol

Actually the role of training is very small, if you have one dude who half ass it in the gym but is on a strict diet and another dude who go hard in the gym but is on a crappy diet the dude who half ass it in the gym would look better.

I haven't seen you post since 2007 man! Were you in jail? Bought many accounts there?

Varies Widely.

Here is what I ate yesterday:

8.25 ounces of Karaage Hawaiian Fried Chicken and Hawaiian Macaroni Salad that I made.
2 Large Servings of M&M Peanut Butter and Chocolate
Reeses Pieces King Cups
Biscoff Cookie Butter Spread on English Toasting Bread that I baked
1/8th of Key Lime Pie that I baked with Patron Citronge Whipped Cream that I made

I disagree

right now I'm ripped when veins on my abs and I had McDonald's twice today, for breakkie and din din, and I've just polished off 6 chocolate chip cookies and 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream right before bed

am I genetically blessed? don't think so coz when I don't train hard and effectively I DO NOT look as good

TA, I do up to 20 sets per body part, but about 6-8 of those sets are hard sets

you probably don't need to do that much, but I'd say at least 3-4 hard sets per body part

It has nothing to do with genetics its all about insulin some people naturally produce very little insulin so even when they crash their blood sugar levels the insulin does not go up that much so they don't get fat, but you are still at risk for high blood pressure and diabetes from your bad diet.

what are your thoughts on the Paleo diet?

Its ok but I am not a fan of it I don't believe in putting people on a diet that is too restrictive because they get tired of it and eventually quit its better to just eat a normal healthy diet.

Actually nutrition is very simple and not complicated the problem arises when you have all these companies trying to sell you snake oil and put misleading information out there.

When cutting down(natural), would you include many carbs in each meal. And what would the benefit be other than helping with hunger pains/eventually binging.

Yes you can cut with carbs but it has to be slow digesting carbs like yams, sweet potatoes etc the most important thing is to control insulin levels, workout on a empty stomach and wait a few hours before eating your post workout meal, the reason for this is to keep your insulin levels low so it does not block your growth hormone release.

I'm quite happy with 9 inches, but the girls want more.  Is there any particular food I can eat that will get up to an even 10"?  The girls would appreciate it.  Thank you.
