the great thing about speeches is that you can just call people guilty with no consequence.
I mean, in the real world, they use evidence, and they determined she wasn't guilty. But our future atty general here is just holding public court on her. Great for political ratings, but beyond silliness on how a prosecutor would never actually act.
imagine this for all crimes - go on TV and mock their guilt and decalre them guilty, and then oversee the investigation? LOL!
