Men: extreme mesomorphs. Dudes who look like they trained for years but never touched a weight in their lives....after 35-40 it won't do, but before that they thrive on their natural testosteron plus quick metabolism.

Friend of mine was like that......now over 40 he's getting a belly and things are over. But he was that kind of dude everyone thought he was on gear or at least training like crazy. He only trained his right biceps bringing his can of beer to his mouth....unbelievable.

Women: former girlfriend of mine never ever exercised. She had an incredible shape: strong muscular legs, a (bit smooth but very visible) six pack, terrific boobs. Turned every guys head. Did nothing but drinking and blowing and spread her legs to whom was interested (before my time, and I think afterwards too).

Question: what are your experiences about those genetic wonders......and how many people you know could have made it big on their potential..but didn't ?

I know a few, you can spot them at school from an early age, six packs, pecs etc without training.. One of my mates had bodybuilding quads at 15 just from playing football, big hanging tear drops etc
