I don't want to listen to it so I don't know the doses but it was, and is, real
expensive at pharmacy prices so you could pretty easily blow through 55K.

That's not really a whole lot in the world of pharmaceutical name brand growth hormone.

This is all great info and worth listening to if you are taking gh, insulin or both.

Yes but if he timed his GABA supplements and dextrose post-workout he could have achieved the same results if he had the dedication.

Romano has been around forever but he's just not very smart, doesn't know
much at all about drugs. Palumbo is smarter but plenty of baloney from him too.

Get blood work before you take insulin or T3 says Romano, to see if you need it. How about you test your testosterone and trenbolone levels too to see if you need it. Or test your GH to see if you are low ::) :D
You take these things to supercharge the system so to speak, not necessarily to adress a deficiency.

Nasser said Palumbo was on 12-15 Cytomel a day, maybe that's why he couldn't gain weight, not because the 2iu of GH was revving his metabolism so much.   :D
Then again, Nasser liked to tell tall tales, so who knows. :D

Palumbo says T3 is not to be used off season. But as a matter of fact some of the very top trainers put T3 in every off season cycle. Hell, even Arnold's doc put all the bodybuilders on thyroid back in the day. Someone here who was a patient of his in California talked about it.

If bodybuilders used less gh and insulin we would see less of these Christy Creme glazed donut  looking physiques.

Up the tren, t3 and clenbuterol. :D

Sure, though I think the real problem is concern with the scale and wanting to stay "full" all the time. Just eating too damn much basically. To achieve crazy conditioning you may have to be ready to potentially lose a little bit of size and fullness.

When I was powerlifting none of the bodybuilders I trained with ate how they do today from a volume perspective. They all seemed to diet on tuna and suffered big time.

Exactly. Now it's all about "staying full" all the time. More food means more muscle but some that size could be sacrifized to look even better, because IMO size while being a little off just isn't worth it, even today from a competitive point of view. Extra conditioning is almost always worth it.

mr white i have a copy of mike mentzers training journal , for the 1979  mr olympia  he ate no more than 1500 calories per day and whent as low as 700

would you agree  that the pros today are on so much drugs they really dont have to diet hard and suffer i mean eating 4k a day for a pre contest diet isnt suffering at all.

It's all about how you look on stage under the lights and conditioning contributes to that in a huge way.

Actually I think they make their prep harder with all the drugs and force feeding. This is a buddy of mine from the 84 USA's and I know exactly what he took and ate during prep. It was a lot simpler and did not include gh or insulin.

It would be a lot cheaper if they actually trained, dieted and looked like actual Bodybuilders.

The real cost is their liver, kidney, and heart being taxed like a common street drug addict.

Greg Pappas from Boston. He's has always been a PT and regularly works with MMA fighters like Joe Lauzon.

I think he was 23 here.

So that competitor spent more on drugs than he could ever win in prize money? Seems like a smart guy   :-)

mr white that makes sense i could not imagine eating 4k a day in claories, man i wouldnt be able to move

i read hugh jackman said the real reason he does not want to play wolverine anymore is he cannot stand eating that much when geting

ready for wolverine roles.  said he hates eating that much.

also mr white do you think the pros today hate it that they have to go to  the middle east and screw smelly arabs to get money to pay for there

drugs, i bet big ramy cant even sit down half the time after those smelly arab schmoes are done with him

The only reason they spent $55K on GH was because they couldn't tell the difference between the real stuff and Palumbo's water
