In all fairness you can't even see the biggest part of his arm which is his tricep but the detail and hardness seems to be there.

Hard to say from the pic but remember that his delts do look pretty huge in the other photos and they look pretty non existent there, so you'd have to think about 27 inches :)

His arms grew quite large after just a few weeks of training and roids at age 50+. You have to admire his arm genetics. It's all about the arms.

I think its because he is leaning toward the camera, which also makes his arms look bigger than they are. Might be an illusion tbh

Ronnie measured in this video 23" offseason



And prime Levrone had bigger arms than RC due to his massive tric. So closer to 24 is believable.

Pretty sure he wont see that siza again though in this comeback.
