Like, dosent do dumb shit. Having a stabel life with gf family. Dosent get any after career chrises selling stupid shit, trying to catch up something they dident have. No criminals. Stil alive. No serious illness. Accept age etc...

First Name I can think of is Lee Haney!

Bodybuilding and this account of normal can not coexist

"Normal" bodybuilders, eat 6/8 times a day, sleep 8/10 hours, workout 2 hours, inject hormones before meals, offer training "services" and check
"likes" in the time between.

The beautiful man with glasses tried to balance a bodybuilding lifestyle with education and study, however selling his well worn thong pushes him back into the Lonnie Taper area.

Haney and Yeats are as good as it gets in relation to normalicy, plus they were champions- there may be a link!

Dorian was normal?!

He was a machine / monk in his heyday, which is why he went off the rails when he quit and has now found Zen, THC and Yoga in the third phase of his adult life.

He was never normal, he just wasn't a ghetto twat with an attention seeking complex like so many of them.

Pakulski is actually a pretty normal guy. Doesn't walk around like a peacock, wears normalish clothes, and is well rounded enough to have conversations that are nothing to do with the gym.

Pakulski is a scumbag though that is a ticking time bomb for getting exposed for some shady or illegal shit.

For example a couple months ago he posted a lengthy "article" on his website, he had LITERALLY copy and pasted the ENTIRE thing from Juggernauts book "a scientific approach to strength training" (I might be wrong on the exact title) Got called on it, acted like a total dick about it.

In the ensuing Facebook posts etc John Meadows stated he was previously supposed to collaborate with Ben on a project but had been warned by several people not to get involved with him. Very shady character by all accounts and not near as smart as he makes out, a copy and paste artist.

Based on personal experience ...It's good to see that Haney is mentioned.

And I agree entirely. He and his wife are great people!

Many years ago I offered a minor suggestion which according to Lee turned out to be a major factor in winning a major contest and he thanked me saying that he would never have won that contest without heeding my suggestion (which was merely rotating his arms so that the peak of his biceps wold be better seen by the judges instead of the audience.)

I did mention that it was a MINOR suggestion, right!"

I'd also add to that NORMAL list ....

Gary Strydom was super-cool to everyone even though he was running late to arrive at an event on time ... and other important NORMAL stuff.

Steve Reeves, whom to me, seemed to be one of the most normal acting kids in the neighborhood. (San Francisco / Oakland Bay Area)
Even took a punch and got knocked down flat!!

Not a convicted criminal (abused plenty of drugs which is necessary to be an IFBB pro, otherwise all IFBB are out of the question).
No illness if you don't count muscle and joint injury.

Ronnie Coleman fits the bill.

To top it off, he has a college degree and actually has held a real job for an extended period of time. That alone makes him a standout in the IFBB.
