Gradually increase dose or no?
« on: July 21, 2016, 09:23:24 AM »
Hypothetical situation:

Lets say a guy about 5'10" 200lbs wants to bulk to 240lbs with a blast gear.

IS there any merit to gradually increasing dosages, or should one jump right in to what one is going to ultimately use at 240?

Example of gradual increase:

 week 1-3: 500mg test // 300mg deca
3-6 750 test // 300deca
6-9 750 test // 600 deca
9-12 750 test // 600 deca // 300mg tren ace
12-15 1000test // 600 deca // 300mg tren ace // 50mg anadrol

Or lets say:
Week 1-15:  750 test // 600 deca // 300mg tren ace

Basically if somebody was beginner or way below what their capable of, is using more than beginner doses a waste (assuming the body can only grow so much at once)  should you use only as much as you "need" to see continued results or will better results be achieved if using blast dosages right off the bat.

That's a good approach but 3 week intervals don't have to be set in stone. Ide just make the changes when the results slow

do 750mg test/600mg deca all the way
then introduce tren at week 8 untill the end, with the drol it will break any plateau you might experience

I would run something like that:

4 weeks on: 750 Test 600 Deca 600 TrenA
4 weeks on: 750 Test 600 Deca 350 Anadrol 175 Winstrol

That way you should have some dry gains or sort of...

Or if you want to increase doses do it every 6 weeks but i would slowly up both Test and Deca and keep Tren:
500 Test 300 Deca
625 Test 450 Deca
etc

it's 0,5ml every 6 weeks on both compounds. I would include Tren and Masteron, but it's just me.. for the look...

i found that i really had to slam high doses for a while to force growth. but once that growth is achieved you can cruise on much lower and still maintain. If i had used the lower dose I don't think I would have got that sort of mass. Case in pound I can now cruise on 250mg test e  a week and retain 20 lbs of muscle compared to previous cycle when I tried 250mg test a week for extended period of time. I think high doses change your body not sure why thatt is so

If a guy at 5'10 at 200lbs is expecting to get to 240 lbs in that amount of time on just those drugs in those doses he's starting in double digits of bf and he about to get alot fatter if he actually makes it there

Just setting a weight number is a terrible way to approach mass building, it's all you're going to think about without any consideration for how you actually look.

I don't get why people keeps using Deca.... imho is a sloppy hormone...

For growth i will just stick on High Test + Mast + Proviron + HGH + Lantus + Humalog + Aromasin, some Anadrol here and there.

For me it makes no sense to jump on high doses. Rather increase doses and utilise it more. At some point your body is gonna get use to the dosages then you want to up the doses

U dont get why people use deca? Because the shit works!
sloppy hormone depends on your diet seeing as u have gh mast and provi in the mix that will alow you to eat more dogshit diet style and stay leaner. Deca is the king of secondary testosterone derivatives add tren with it. Maybe you have shit response to it

We all remember the child's fable "the tortoise and the hare?" In my opinion, deca is very much the tortoise of the steroid world: steady, long term gains that just keep coming albeit (relatively) slowly. I'm trying to remember even a single time that I heard of deca ending a marriage....
