Roelly never came in as conditioned as Phil nor Ronnie ever was, his conditioning is garbage, his arms aren't impressive compared to the two mentioned especially in the double bi shot where Phil and Ronnie are ripped to the bone

I think that if Arnold got his bodyfat a little bit lower there would've been a visible split bicep.

I is somewhat visible here; but there is just a thin layer of bodyfat that is obscuring it.
