Blood Pressure Issue
« on: July 26, 2016, 01:25:30 PM »
I'm 42, I have been running test for about 2 months...and had my blood pressure
checked and it was 150 / 102. So extremely high! I've stopped test and will do another
test in a few days...I'm not even taking huge amounts of gear, how do you normally
keep blood pressure levels down?

go to your doctor, for sure you are going to need a treatment for high blood pressure... you should avoid the salt, coffe and anything that make you hold wáter... ofcourse  due to your extremely high blood pressure would be good to stop any gear until you have controlled your blood presure....

All of the above and maybe a prescription for metoprolol. A baby aspirin everyday might also help lower your blood pressure. Stress often raises blood one's blood pressure, so take action but don't fret about this.

Eat several stalks of celery every day.  4-6 stalks a day will help bring it down some.
