being proud of your physique is one thing, and I know being a "competitor" I guess its up to you to market yourself, but this shit is so out of control, selfies and video's on a daily basis, food pics, training pics, everytime I log into to IG it's just too much. I have two small sponsors, and they encourage me to do this same stuff, I just can't do it, I'll throw up a video here and there, or a photo, but it comes to a point were it's just too much...If you have real talent it will come to fruition, I mean do real successful models post selfies everyday?? And everyone is an online coach, hell I've had people message me asking if I do online nutrition and training programs..all of a sudden everyone with abs or a thick ass is a certified nutritionist..shits out of control.

i remember matt ogus posted his cutting diet, that would make 99% of most people fat, but he will get people to believe it works

Exactly, no hate. .he's got a great build and if his videos are making him money thats great but people dont understand that what works for him..example i posted this video on my IG and i received over 40 DM with all various questions regarding white rice, carb intake, brown rice vs white rice...couldn't believe what a small video like that induced that many questions so i could only imagine a dude with hundreds of thousands of followers can influence. it is working good theh same thing happened to me no energy the first three days, on the third day i felt like death.

then boom 4th days at night i got this surge of energy and felt fine after that .
