BUT, now being older, I've been able to enjoy having a nice place to live.

It's obvious you're proud of your new apt and furniture, etc.
I know it sounds kinda douchey and self serving, but it's f'n awesome , isn't it.

I don't want to steal you thunder, but ya gotta do something soon.
Last May, my wife and  closed on a 2nd resort rental property on scenic mountain area.
I sat on the back deck , took in the view with her and felt line a king in his castle.

Ya gotta do that on your back deck bro>

I live by the beach. My apartment is not big at all and I think it's pretty expensive in general.

My space in Durham, NC was more than twice the space and 1/3 the cost.

I could never afford the properties we own if they were decent beachfront.
The N. Ga Mts are awesome and under rated in my opinion.
I love living around here and it's affordable.
