OSF, Hidetada always brings his samurai spirit!! He always comes in shape!

Isn't Hidetada competing in the 212? So, he wouldnt be competing with Levrone.

Interesting story: I lived in Cali for 1 year. As I was walking out of my place, I saw Hidetada walk by my place. I stopped him and we chatted for about 15 minutes. He lived up the block from me. Nice guy.

In all of his videos, hes doing TONS of rest-pause sets and extremely slow reps.

shit im being stupid iris kyle and it was markus reinhardt, fucking low carb diet makes my brain foggy sometimes.

yeah his form is very good , i bet he is making more money from endorsements from overseas than people think
