Kevin is not small at all now. Dexter routinely beats guys who absolutely dwarf him. When you step on the Olympia stage you better be dialed in head to toe. Ramy is a monster right now but put that physique on stage this moment and he would be lucky with top 10. Kevin is much leaner give him another 5 pounds or to put it a better way give him another 7 weeks of high andros and he's gonna put a damper on a lot of guys plans for top 5.

I agree with Shawn Ray on this one. Trying to get to 250 lbs at 5'10 shredded at the age of 52,, probably not the best idea. BBing = young mans game

Who knows though maybe Levrone is different. He certainly doesn't look his age.

Disgusted: But you are leaving out a major factor when talking about Dex in the same post about Levrone. Dex is about 5 foot 6. Kevin is 5 foot 9 Dex is holding a lot more muscle on a smaller frame, and you can't use the analogy of size vs Conditioning when talking about Dex and Kevin. Dex is more conditioned then Kev will ever be so that point is mute!

also, Dex is still younger than Kev. I'm a big Levrone fan. I'm just calling it like it is. His back and Legs will not be there. You should know this?
