I'm fine with wasting a person driving a car using it as a deadly weapon. 

It gets tricky after he exits the vehicle and is running away unarmed.  How many seconds or minutes after the crash should they still be allowed to execute him?  Once we say 10 seconds is acceptable, why not ten minutes? Ten hours? Ten weeks?  Murder him in his bed when you finally catch him next year? 

Point is, police are justified to use deadly force when they're stopping a deadly threat.  When he stepped out of car unarmed, their pass to waste him expired.

I guess I need to break this down for some of you.

The point of this post is a new law went into effect for the Chicago PD.  It basically states, a police officer cannot shoot at a car if a car is the ONLY thing used as lethal force.  The perp would have to be tossing bricks or shooting out the passenger window at the cops, GTA style, for example.

The cops violated the law.  That is why there is an investigation by the authorities.

As far as black on black crime goes, it's a problem -- for BLACKS.  Other communities, mine included, should stop with the "outrage" as if we give a shit.  The real argument is cop white-on-black violence is it is a clear abomination of basic liberties: constitution and civil rights as citizens of this country.  Cops are paid and sworn to uphold this.  They are held to a higher standard.

So, when Pookey and RayRay kill Tyrone, they get a baton beat down and go straight to Cellblock D, no chaser.  When Officer Rayner shoots Tyrone in the back, he gets paid leave and an acquittal.

This last sentence is untrue. I'm about a goose step away from being as far right as you can be and I still don't paint all blacks with the same brush.
