its not the pointits about bragging how hard you train when you train purely on machines. I understand the logic behind it but dont pretend you work harder than anyone else when it boils down 80% to genetics.
Going balls to the walls on squats, deadlifts etc is a ticket to injury I learn that the hard way, after different injuries over the years I now go easy with free weights and balls to the wall on the machines.
You dont even lift...
