Kevin is all triceps and delts and traps, he can always blow up the lagging bodyparts with a good pump and some pre show voodoo.

Yep, he's going to look great, he's got plenty of time. If his method is correct he'll put another 12 pounds on at least. Good carb up he'll be 15-20 pounds heavier than this.

Dave Palumbo is still insisting that Kevin is going to win the Olympia. Palumbo said that Kevin doesn't even start training hard until he is 6 weeks out.

Dave said that the only person that is making him a little nervous is Ramy.

Kevin is lean very lean with that said yes we need to see some mass gains in the next 3 weeks. He was smart in that he doesn't have to worry about conditioning at this point he's pretty ripped already.

you know bodybuilding as he is indeed all tris and delts

which ain't a bad thing to be as it looks so much fucking better than all legs and guts which most are today sans the oil filled arms which would be 2 or 3 inches less than they are oil free
