Ok I only gained 1" on my arms in 8 years lol, nothing special but a good enough physique for me and easy to maintain without even trying very hard. May this be reposted for another 10 years to come. No pump or fancy lighting in this photo, how many other fucking cowards on getbig will post an honest photo like this.

I know it may be skinny bitch standards by the unrealistic bodybuilding world but it's a half decent physique to the standards of normal people. Awaiting your picture now.

Has definatley improved and posted a picture as he said he would and deserves a lot of respect for that. He's also tall so probably looks bigger and better in real life than pictures show.

Looking great Method, but for a "bodybuilder" you are severly underdeveloped.

Props Method. You're not going to win a plastic trophy posing in your underwear for mostly men but definitely a physique that has spent some serious time in the gym and has more broader appeal to women than a bloated muscle bound midget drug addict.

And, as usual, the harshest critics remain safely hidden behind a computer.

Thanks for the positive comments all, Haha to be honest I find it hard to progress much beyond this without becoming obsessed considering I don't have good genetics. I think I've reached a point I'm happy at and like I said it's easy to maintain for me.

And yes I am 6ft.2, weighing around 195lbs at the moment, I did get down to 180lbs last year and my abs showed a lot better then but I can't sustain that level of leanness easily.

I'm not dumb enough to post my face on here but I will post pics. I'm an inch taller and a bit heavier than Method but we are actually quite comparable at the moment, both natural etc.

6'2", lean, 195. Above average build and yes, ladies love that. Just ask Johnny Falcon  ;D
