Lats should be elbows down and in front of body
Go slice open a cadaver and see how the lats insert

Its great to have friend u pay for. They are always loyal and nice to u! They arealways willing to help you and are there for u...as long as u give them money. They care for u! :)

Genetics drugs and a fucking mirror. And some sort of intelligence is requierd...to understand what different excersises do for your body. And some people need to have someone telling them your not ready, instead of giving them a hand on the back when they se one vein poping out...u are fat...u are not ready your are fat...isent it just water? No its fat, u need 4-8 weeks more diet...isent it just water, no its fat...ITS FAT FAT FAT FAT and u dont know how to diet

The hate is what secret method is there to training? It's just lifting weights? Like I said if u got the right genetics, drug response, u are going to do well

Look at Charles client list, Cormier, flex, Dexter, Gunther, all were going to do well with or without him

Like I said Dorian, Ronnie, Phil, lots others never used him and have how many titles??
