Doesn't even have to be an obligation to sponsors. It's required for social media, period. You stop posting, you dissolve.
It's a ridiculous thread to post, really - there are no conclusions to be drawn other than he isn't currently in shape. Levrone posts pictures of the heydays, they all do - it's just to fill the gaps.
More than likely he'll be back to big juicing next year, end of story.
