Don't underestimate Danny Hester.  He won the first IFBB Classic Physique competition here in Los Angeles earlier this year.

I picked it up from Mr. JM Blakely look him up, he coached me for awhile and has an exercise named after himself the JM press, maybe you've heard of it?
