Another bodybuilder that you don't here too much about and most people don't even know he's from England. Charles wasn't the biggest guy on stage, but he was aesthetic and well proportioned. Not too many guys can pull off a front double biceps and look like Charles.

Funny thing is the judges said he needed to be bigger. So in '97 he came in way heavier but his condition suffered pretty bad. Still pretty massive
