Rich was a wild child back in the day. He always treated me well but this is truly embarrassing. It seems that all those bicep workouts took a toll on his muscle. It also looks as though he's suffering from gyno. If I was Rich I'd lay off the double Bi pose and maybe concentrate on those shredded glutes he made popular back in the 1980's...or have they atrophied as well?

Why is his bicep looking like that? Years of constant training? They look like Ronnie Colemans. What is the cause of the bicep atrophying like this? Even Adreas Cahling's is like this. I know guys that have taken substances for years and they are in their 60's and their bis look better than this.

hey fallsview i think rich is just a plain mess, he has implants and looks like he has oil in him, in his youtube videos , he trains with weights he cant even handle, something is wrong with him, and he looks terrible for the amount of drugs he still takes.

i can see now why his career was so short.

He was a better bodybuilder than those he competed against at the time, outside of Haney.   He looked big and full on stage, was balanced, and had a very good lower body.

Once those with better structures were able to match his conditioning, he was done being near the top.   Pretty simple.

I remember they were pushing him beyond belief. Every magazine had him on it or in it. I think they wanted an American White boy in there. They kept showing that pic of his Christmas tree back. The Gaspari hype at my gym back in 1988 was through the roof. Haney...not so much. Looking back at can't see why the craze and hate for Haney.
