This narrative is old.  Unjust shooting, riot, repeat.  Has anything changed since Michael Brown in Ferguson?

There are some unjust shootings for sure, but many are on the fence.  If someone has perpetrated a crime and is shot in the process...that's a world different from an innocent citizen minding their business.  That's when you have a true problem.

You need to take different steps to create change if the same problems keep occurring.  Rioting does zero, but create more bs.  It also creates more racial divide.  Obama has done a great job the past 8 years....on what, I'm not sure.
