I had forgot he was still competing in 99.!!
Looks good - Though Lost a lot of his Magic by then.

Wow. How did I not know about this? Thought he was done after 1985 or so? Looks like his thighs were a bit larger and more cut than in the early 80's. Any idea what he weighed in 1999? He was 160 back in the early 80's.

I remember Quinn was very slimmed down at that show. Didn't he qualify for the O ?

No that was '94 NOC and Quinn was maybe at his best ever, but he failed to bring the same package to the O that year.

He reappeared at this show and looked bad.. wasn't himself anymore. John Hansen interviewed Quinn and he didn't even bring this show up
