there are some amazing transformations on Sevs page and oddly enough it seems to be Sev who wants to take the credit when in fact its down to the dedication and discipline of the clients, just look how Sev turned out after 6 months show prep.
Seems he cant maintain the discipline himself to get in shape but its him that wants a pat on the back when others manage it.
Personal trainers are the same the world over.

Trust me, Curt did all of that on his own. He is an idiot. All we did was liven up that ghost town of a website. We kept our bullshit confined to the Pit, and made solid contributions to the other forums. I guess he couldn't handle overseeing more then 10 posts a day.
