They should do a scientific study and see what they would want least as punishment, then make it that.  My bet is that it would be corporal punishment, like caning.

Then follow up with a recidivism study.  Incarceration works for one thing at least, incapacitation.  But the cost is very high.  Most people in prison today would have been hung long ago under the rules in effect when the Constitution was written.

Does Mike also claim not to use Botox/fillers? And does he claim his hair is real? If he came out and told us he wears a Bob Chick like wig and uses Botox, at least the naive people could say "see he's an honest guy". He must be telling the truth about being natural. It would go a long way help his cause. Hell even the most batshit crazy female who gets big fake DD tits knows she can't fool people into thinking she has real tits.

Yeah he's roughly the same height as Arnold and the same weight NATURALLY lol  ::)

I knew a few guys in high school who used gear but they were, by far, in the minority of people in the gym. The youngest person I knew of was 16 though. Early-mid 80's. Gear was legal and noone worked lower body.

Here's a Powerlifting USA page with the #242 rankings for 3/93 through 2/94 -

O'hearn at #94 in the squat, not ranked on the bench, #23 deadlift, and #76 for total.

Looks like someone transposed the numbers on that page too, #1708, should probably be #1807 which would make him a lower 30's ranked on total lifter.

As SuperTed mentioned, the Powerlifting meet I can find for him is 1993 California ADFPA on 3/13/1993. He won the #242 class with a #650 Squat, #705 Deadlift, and a #452 Bench. It was witnessed by a decent amount of legitimate California lifters, and judges.

Mike fudges his stuff by going to smaller meets, and belonging to smaller organizations, etc...., but he does seem to do much of what he says.
