I watched one vid. He spent 20 minutes repeating something that could have been stated, slowly, in 60 seconds.
Shoulda called him Jason Blabla, which I'm sure someone already has. If not then there you go. Don't say I never did nothing for you.
Dropping gems at every corner!
I don't know what Jason Blaha is talking about as I've never sat to listen in on any of his videos. What I do know is that the Adonis Principles are tried and true.
The shit works, but the principles are much more basic than what people try to assume.
The less you eat (ie caloric intake) the less weight you will hold onto.
Correct me if I am wrong Adonis, but the principle sounds to me as simple as this (using McDonalds as an example of food source):
You can eat 1 Big Mac, Large Fries with a large Coca Cola drink every day for an entire year and so as long as that's ALL you eat every day, you will lose weight while eating food that isn't deemed healthy.
BigMac (540 Cal) + Large Fries (510 Cal) + Large Coke (300 Cal) = 1350 Calories.
At this rate, you'll still be at a caloric deficit and your body will have no choice but to lose weight, as it has a basal metabolic rate that consumes well over 1,000+ calories per day. Couple this basic requirement with daily, rigorous exercise and you will get shredded with the semblance of muscle. Is it the healthiest stuff? No. Will you get shredded if you follow this simply formula? Yes. Will you have a heart attack? Depends, if you're genetically predisposed to hold on to cholesterol at a high rate, then yes. If not, then no.
His principles are simple. Utilize fuel for your body at the lowest rate possible while working out to look muscular.
Attaining these bodybuilding goals aren't hard and there isn't only one set way of doing it.
I am NOT pushing for anyone to eat junk food. The chemicals that these companies use to preserve their meats and products aren't always very healthy for you and could possibly be carcinogenic, so please don't assume I am pro fast food. But I also do believe that with moderation, it can be utilized to fill a nutritional void for financial reasons or otherwise.
