Not a cut or separation to be found. No definition in shoulders or legs. Just thick skin and shapeless bulk with vascularity.

26 days out and he's harder than former Mr O Jay Cutler has EVER been even on the day of the show! How many Mr O's has jay won again? Serious question. I can look it up, but I'd prolly get an answer faster here! Lol

And his back can come up. He's young! Less deads and more pulls and rows. I had the same issue. Love to dead, and it gives you great thickness, erectors, hams, Glutes, etc... But at least for me, not much in the way of width. Makes anatomical sense as well, when you look at or perform the lift. Regular or Sumo style does not matter.

He will tighten up and should have been in the top ten last year. He is also tall which makes him more impressive during comparisons.

His back looks like shit. He has no erectors, no thickness, no deltoid separation, no hamstrings, and suspect calves.

I understand you're either Dallas or his boyfriend, but come on....that physique is ALL drugs. He is a decade of hard work away from a 1990's physique
