Yes, Levrone.
Although a dark horse is not presented as big as Kevin....

Maybe Ronnie will make an unexpected comeback.
Who knows ? I know: he won't.

Poor Ronnie.
This was heartbreaking to watch. Helluva attitude and true love for the bodybuilding, though.

I really should be using his 'go buddy' supplements, to get as big as Ronnie.... ::)

He's the Mr O who lost it the most over the years......sorry for him.

I have tremendous expectations for big Ramy. Guy gets no respect,   just insults like Ronnie when he was coming up.

He'll have the last laugh.

You got to admire his training dedication -- even if it's probably not the best thing he should be doing.

For how Ronnie has looked in some recent pics I'd say his upper body looks better.

'Yeah Buddy'  'Light Weight' Go Ronnie....

Since Orville Burke leaved the stages, nobody has been dark enough to be called a horse.

Well, he's probably still on significant pain relief as he was back at Metroflex blasting his triceps yesterday - you can see them in this shot if you really look closely...

Not much, he's medicated up the wazoo.

When they did my knee surgery, it was spinally anesthetized (because my stomach wasn't empty).
Got sedation from dormicum (midazolam) plus ketamine. The midazolam is just a benzodiazepine, but ketamine is weird stuff....I remember joking around with the guys from the operationroom, then I fell asleep. I got many patients addicted to ketamine, now I know why from my own experience. It felt kinda good, even at the state I was in.
The post-op pain was terrible: got morfine first, then tramadol, then diclofenac.

Tramdol is garbage. Best thing to get in the hospital is dilaudid. It's like morphine but stronger.

If Roelly gets it all together on O day, he's good enough to win the show.
They won't let him win, of course, but he got the potential.

Diclofenac does wonders for me, regarding muscular/tendon pain. Much superior to cortisone. The only catch is that after a few days i start having aphthous mouth ulcers.
