I'm on genotropin's year round either 3 or 4iu/day depending on funds.

I was thinking and when would you prefer to be on the 4iu's when shedding bf or surplus cals. The one iu will probably make a fk all difference but I like discussions.

On bulk 8iu eod .. 4 iu post wo , 4 iu before bed

2iu morn/afternoon mon-fri

If i were looking to put on size id scale back training days to 3-4 a week just so i could blast more iu post training with slin for the same price, something ill actually try soon.

i  just inject first thing in the morning 1.5 mg = 4.5 IU of geno.

Seems the most convenient, think I'm gonna switch to 4iu's first thing in the morning currently doing 2iu's pre and 2iu's post.

From my foundings whenever I tried different dosages splitting up 4 x times/all day all pre or all post, I always seemed to get the best results when my diet and training was 100% so havent found anything out yet that wasn't known yet damn it.

4iu's every morning it is.
