I remember he was building up to bench press 315 again, which was his goal at that time. He apparently came back from being 205 skinny/fat/weak. It's amazing how much more amazing he looks now 7 years later in his early 50's than he did in his mid 40's hitting the gym hard. He was probably doing it natural back then. THAT'S the difference.
I doubt he was ever natural, just less compounds and dosages compared to now and his competing days, regardless he looked better imo from a everyday physique stand point
Also he was pushing his levrone formula and started to get into his own supplement
It was 405 bench and 500 squats he was working back up too
