I'll be the first to admit, I suck at selfies. So I apologize for the poor quality AND the dirty gym mirror. BUT....How did YOU start your Saturday morning? I kicked mine off with a little bi & tri workout! There's nothing like an early morning pump to start the day. 💥💥DOUBLE TAP IF YOU AGREE💥💥 My current weight: 227lbs. My diet officially begins June 6th. With this new Classic Physique Division, I have to get my weight down pretty low. I haven't been in the 180's since 2002. In fact, I think I have to get down lower than that... I think in the 175-180lbs range. Yikes! I'm still figuring out how I'm gonna get my weight down to that range. I won the light-heavies and overall titles at 2002 NPC Los Angeles Championship at 183lbs. Exactly one year later, I was 198.25lbs when I won the 2003 Mr. USA. Needless to say, it's gonna be a challenge to get down to the required weight for this new Classic Physique Division. 2 HOURS OF CARDIO A DAY....
