25 years for videotaping sex acts with boy, age 4 - Guess The Race!

TRENTON — A Ewing woman who videotaped herself performing sex acts on a 4-year-old relative and sold that footage was sentenced to 25 years behind bars Friday.

Pamela Dziminski, 30, pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault last year after authorities discovered the videos online.

Mercer County Superior Court Judge Anthony Massi handed down the sentence after Mercer County prosecutors read a statement from Dziminski's parents.

In the statement the parents said they were in a "state of shock" following the allegations.

In summarizing the case during sentencing, Massi said after the videos were found online, Dziminski admitted she had performed sexual acts on the child and taped them on her cell phone.

She sent the videos to three people in exchange for money, Massi said.

In addition to the videos, Dziminski took nude photos of the 4-year-old and nude photos of herself with the child, Massi said in court.

"The child was very young. He had no control over the situation," Massi added.

The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office started investigating Dziminski after they were contacted by the state's Division of Child Protection and Permanency.


The teen was visiting the man at his girlfriend's Ewing home when the alleged assault ocurred

Dziminski's parents, in the letter, said the child doesn't remember anything regarding the assault.

The statement also addressed Dziminski's mental health history.

Her parents said they didn't know about the "double" life she was living and that she was very depressed. Her parents also said in the letter they thought their daughter was coerced into taking the video.

Dziminski's attorney Nicole Carlo said her client has no prior criminal history and there were other circumstances that affected her behavior. But Massi eventually sided with prosecutors' suggestion of a 25-year prison term, noting the gravity of the crime.

Dziminski will have to serve 20 years in prison before she is eligible for parole.

The media and politicians do exactly the opposite, by exploiting anything they can for profit and position. Moreover, anyone who believes government is sensitive is seriously deluded. Guess what? Government is not an elusive conspiracy; it is a system which employs folks we elected or hired to serve us. If you really care about mankind's future, pick your perpetrators and arguments more precisely. Within every group/category, there are positive and negative examples. I'm in agreement with you that the basis of some of our issues is population explosion. It's a scary thought, but as the human population continues to expand so will social indignities.

I think a few of the school teacher ones probably are. Outside of that, most seem to be either victims themselves of past sexual abuse, or working in concert with a male abuser. In an odd twist, a famous male powerlifter actually had something like that latter happen to him. His  school teacher wife became estranged, and wound up hooking up long distance with a pedo teacher she met. Fast foward, a few months, and she was abusing the kids in her care to make the new boyfriend happy. She wound up sentenced to 45 years when they caught her.
