I think Kevin could get possibly close too that upper body it's the wheels that's more of a concern @ that point they were definitely down in size and that was 12-13 old years ago, I think a top 10 finish would be a realistic goal however IMO if those wheels are not even @ that point (2002-2003) he'll be out of the top 10, anything from 6th-10th would be great, ANY place in the actual top 5 would be a increadble comeback however you look @ it.

He was off 2002. His legs were down and his back was not up to par. Let's say his upper body is 90% of that but more defined and separated. His legs will be probably even smaller than they were there .Where would that put you in the 2016 O. Certainly not in the top 10. That is if the contest is judged fairly.
