Someone photoshopped the right picture moron to make my arms smaller and waist bigger. That picture was taken in 2004. I did not even have photoshop nor would I have used it. We use 'Holland' to name the less developed parts of the Netherlands, such as Zaandam, Volendam, Staphorst, Urk, Brabant, Groningen, Friesland and Limburg
