1).  Growing slowly and consistently over the years not fluctuating 20-30lbs in a given year
2).  Lifting like a bodybuilder and not injuring himself

Very little flaws: calves mainly. Even his high lat insertions don't prevent him from having a good front lat spread or front double bi. Talk about being consistent, he's even taking Shawn Ray back to school.

He's 47, (three years after age 40 makes a HUGE difference in bodybuilding)  I doubt he can still look like that at 50.
