We Are The Chosen People of God

Why does The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan teach that the Black man and woman are "THE CHOSEN PEOPLE OF GOD"? What makes Us Chosen? Who is this GOD? Does He have the Power to Raise Black people from the bottom of civilization to the top?
