HE had a great run ,,had good shape for the mass he had ,abs were always in 'despite wide'look bigger he got worse he got,arms were good younger then he fukked them up,01 awesome,some yrs chasing Ronnie looked great other than lower back,,09 tho looks almost not real what did he do to be not only big but conditioning esp from front'legs esp'area ,he looked like another level size/musculature wise.

Finally got around to watching this video. I must say I'm impressed, its actually motivating!
Most of these motivational videos just have some obnoxious loud music and guys throwing weights around. But this one is actually very well done.
I've always liked Jay, he's actually the first bodybuilder I've seen on a cover of MD when I first got into lifting and someone I aspired to be like. I met him once when he was doing a seminar in Vaughan, and he was nothing but a gentleman to everyone there. Gave away a free poster which he signed and signed photo, also signed anything else you bought there (hats, shirts, shaker cups, etc...). I bought a cap and got him to sign the inside of the brim. He really is a great ambassador for bodybuilding. He had high hopes that Phil would continue his ways by mentoring him, but I guess things didn't turn out the way he envisioned.
