Everyone's talking about how much Ronnie's arms have atrophied, but Lou used to have 21-23.5" arms (depending on his weight) back in the day too. This is what have become of them, along with his once 60" chest and huge traps.

Lou could have bested Arnold, Lou looked fantastic. Franco also, Franco could have taken the overall if Arnold wasnt Arnold.

Ferrigno is in his 60's with a lean body ...... shirtless looks younger and healthier than the average 45 year old dude,  no plastic surgery ,no botox and has a head full of hair (one of a kind)
