Took 3 moths off after the Mr O and then gave 9 full moths of consistant 2hour training/6 times/week up the doses from this year...
How much better/bigger will he be?
I'm having a hard time to se that 4 moths training is enough to max out the potential of his body. I think he need 1 year slowly up the training volume to not burn out the day before contest. . .. ... .. ...
This year he woke up his body. Why not doing it again...Dude can be historic if u place top 6 at that age...its not like he have anything else in life to accomplice. I think this year have been some of his beast year so far...Kevin is bodybuilding. Without it he is nothing...just another old dude among mortals playing the guitar and drinking vodka and getting depressed...
