ive been "shredded" for me around 10 percent, once or twice. this required starvation, gh, orals, and trt. you can only eat 1500 cals for so long. anyone who says otherwise is full of shit

It's only hard if you let your self get too fat in the 1st place.. I've never had to drop to 1500k either, everyone is different tho

you cant train hard for 2 hours.
may as well train for 40 mins and do it properly rather than fucking around.

Its like saying u cant run fast for 2 houers only 40min...meet up with a great maratonrunner and say that. Or cyclist or any man that train alot...or 2houer armsession with Fletcher or wrestler or powerligfter or any other sport. To max out every mucle in our body i would probably guess u need 6houers of training every day...u could spend 2 houers on just calves avery day and they would grow and adapt. THen u could make it 3 houers. Same for every muscle in the body...

Its your mental illness that makes you train for 2hrs per day, 6 days per week... You would look and feel better cutting it in half or dong even less than that.

I've looked good off gear training 3 days a week, hr or less at a time

As I said, what your doing is manual work, you might as well do somthing useful instead, paint a fence, chop wood etc etc

Lol...tell that to Arnold, Franco, Sergio. Those guys used to train for 2 hr TWICE a day, six days a week. Amazing how uneducated in these matters today's gym goers are.

I was in-shape (visible abs, low bodyfat-level, decent amount of muscle), all the way up to 35 years of age or so. Deaths in the family, loss of loved ones and other events changed everything at that time.

Stopped training and even thinking about eating right, six-pack turned into one-pack, muscles deteriorated, got grey hair in one year etc etc

Now many years later after that period (we can call it Period of peace), i have started training again! But i do not eat whats good for me, just what i like.

Which means lots of meat and chili-bea etc

sprinters run fast marathon runners dont.

why would you want to make your body adapt to 2 hour sessions?
you can get growth training for 10 minutes
a 2 hour calf session, what an idiot.

you can push a muscle to failure with a a single set, do that 3 times and its enough to stimulate growth
when I train arms I can only do around 6 sets bis and tris before the pump stops me doing anything at all, now for me to do more i would have to sit around waiting for the pump to go and starting again, now tell me whats the point?

I'm about 20% bodyfat and last week in the gym a fella came over and said, "damn you are ripped!" I guess some veins in your arms and a pump makes you look lean.  :D

you are missing the point
, a sprinter pretty much runs in an anaerobic state, a marathon runner in an aerobic
Bodybuilding training is anaerobic, it shouldn't be aerobic.

No, I get that point....was just responding to the "fast" part, which isn't true.

A man can run a marathon in two hours, its not fast enough for him to bring me a pizza, so its not fast.,

some guys LIKE to spend time in the gym, some use a different training protocol with more sets, more excersises etc, some have a training partner so that will make it take longer etc its not all about getting in and out of the gym and then log on to getbig asap

Because:

1. They used high volume training to get big and strong.

2. Arnold and Franco in their primes destroyed them.

3. And yes it was pretty pathetic to see them so mentally ill and unhealthy.
