I disagree.   Hilary spoke in the public limelight for decades.  This cough was never present.

Over the past year, after hte head injury and as other symptoms showed, she suddenly developed the cough, the seizure-like movements. 

She didn't magically develop allergies to cleveland pollen this year.  She campaigned in OH many times before.  I have allergy coughs/snotty.  Her voice was weak 45 seconds after drinking water.  This was worse than pollen allergies.  We have decades of film of her not being allergic.
