They list all the coughing... and then they went that one extra step with the thyroid article, didn't they?  


See the last one listed.  It doesn't link to a news story, it links to a plain ol' info page about thyroid.  They're making quite a claim here.

She has had a life of booze abuse, lesbianism, lack of sleep, corruption, pot, no working out, etc - she is on her last legs.
