You can expand your chest cavity with pull overs, especially on a Moon Bench, and breathing exercises. It's not a muscular chest proper, still bigger, measured in circumference. You can add muscle tissue too, for good visual effect. At least it is real, not drugs, synthol, and implants.

If that were true, then all the pros would be arching their backs. Doesn't work that way.

wow

I remember as a young lad being at the bookstore and seeing this book cover and thinking "I wanna look like that"

Never realized it was the ultimate warrior.

Then again that was pre-internet and kayfabe so you did not typically know the real name of a pro wrestler

Only works if you start doing them at an early age, right?

Everything works best an early age!

It still works at any age, just not as good as at an early age, same as everything else.

Definitely won't work, if you don't do it.

I did pullovers from when I started training,  today my ribcage is pretty damn big, not sure if it's a blessing or a curse

true 22 or younger is said to be best age, pullovers coupled with 20 rep squat sets in non-stop manner...20 reps squat+12 reps pullovers= epic chest pose  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D  5-6 sets of each.

What's remarkable is just how small his pecs are in that pose.  They barely exist.

Up to 12 years ago I trained hard and did a lot of deadlifts and squats. Since then no serious consistant training anymore, just periods off an on with bodyweight en light machine work. I dont know if the deadlifts and squats caused it but up on to this day I stil have an extended ribcage.

I bought that book when it came out.  That book another one called 'Beef It!' by Robert Kennedy.  Both great books that really motivated me.

Could be genetic. Some people just have large rib cages. Squats and Deads build muscle (at least they should if you are doing them correctly, plus diet, rest, etc.), not rib cage expansion.

Something caused it because I did not have it before. Whatever it makes me look somewhat buffed without any effort so that's what counts...
