Thing is we can say whatever guy looks great/shit leading up to the show when in reality the only thing that matters will be how the competitors look onstage individually and next to each other during pre-judging/finals. That whole 24-48 hours through to the show can make a extreme difference between what these guys looked like in the weeks before posting gym,bathroom, street and kitchen shots take prior.

Case in point..Dennis James at his peak would post these awesome fucking shots of himself prior to the olympia, he would look unbeatable, until he got to the stage. The final stuff they do makes all the difference and even Phil in one of his early Olympia appearances ended up having everything go wrong the year or 2 before he won. same with Jay the year he lost to Dexter, the one he should not have won in 2007 and the one with the fucked up bicep.
