Why must so many pop songs throw in a verse of rap?
« on: September 09, 2016, 10:42:28 AM »
Regular song for 2 minutes, then boom....some dipshit ruining it.  Rap is the worst "addition" to "music" since Skrillex....and country.
Is it about giving street credit to Katy Perry and Justin Bieber?

Same goes for tracks "featuring".  Stick with your solo act or band.

Lil Jeezy feat. Fat Kim and DJ Douche (hot mix remix by Akoi). ::)

has rap ever interrupted itself with an intro, outright or cameo featuring Kenny Rodgers?

They've been trying it for years. It's all about trying to get the biggest crossover you can in the Hot AC format.

who is that rapper that whistles all the time.   Flo rida.   catchy song that works well with a looper pedal for guitar.

Keeping an eye on this thread. I only listen to music that's been well-reviewed by this site.

You black or something?

Implementing Rap in normal songs IS a downer at social events.

Imagine listening to a classic such as Wagners Ride of the Valkyries , or Holsts Mars - Bringer of War, and suddenly MC Genova enters the fray with a "It Piss! It Sick; Yo Order Sicksty Sick!"

Interesting, tell me more.  How does the NWO benefit from this?
Same concept with libtards pushing their agenda.

Pit Bull is the worst
He is great.  If you like the front runner for the "punch me in the face" award 2016.  He was accurate about his views on the music industry though.  90% business 10% music.  The highly motivated beat makers today rise to the top.  Some connections maybe, but you can't stop persistence.  He's a good example.
