Stumbled upon this picture randomly - it's almost certainly already infamous, so please can someone either:

a) tell me the backstory of WTF is happening here, i.e. are there more shots, who took them and why.... or
b) caption the pic

This is a classic pic.

Dillet is furious he's unable to get an erection and in his embarrassment/anger he's determined to prove to this woman that he is a real man and attracted to women and he won't let her leave until he can prove it.

The rope is being used because despite his mass he has no functional strength to restrain her.
