5. Your Dedications. (Whatever you want me to Lift for, It could be your Mom is sick, your Grandma just passed, your loved one is sick or under the spell of substance abuse.

Yesterday night, jet lagged and not having a home cooked meal in me for days, I hit the gym. I decided to LIFT5th for Hillary R. Clinton. She's sick and no matter what you believe needs good thoughts.
I was under a 300lb barbell and couldn't get it passed my sticking point. I was nearly giving up. Then I thought, would Hillary give up? She needs my strength. Miraculously I pushed the weight and completed the rep.
